I wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent AV support you provided for us at the symposium last week. Your folk were simply superb and did a great job! They did not blink an eye when yet another presenter wanted to change their presentation at the last minute, nor did they complain about any of the other changes that arose. They handled all the aspects of the presentations very well indeed and were a great pleasure to work with. And I know that they would not have been that way without excellent leadership from you, so Thank You very much for ensuring the AV side of our technical program went wonderfully!
