Tiffany Rettie – CEO

Tiffany was born and raised in Utah, where she earned a degree in Interior Design. Her husband, Paul Rettie, founded Wasatch Audio Visual in 1995 from a storage closet in a Park City hotel. Under Tiffany’s leadership, Wasatch Audio Visual has grown from a small business into a thriving production company that serves both corporate, social and local clients.

Tiffany combines her local expertise with her understanding of audio-visual needs to create unforgettable events for her clients.

Trevor Sorrels Jones – COO

With over 25 years of experience, Trevor is a seasoned event veteran. Trevor transitioned into the audio-visual world in 2002 and quickly rose from part-time technician to overseeing all operations at the company. This impressive trajectory culminated in him becoming a partner in 2023.

In addition to his operational responsibilities, Trevor is the trusted advisor for engineering guidance on event design, logistics, and production execution.

Rachel Terry – Production Manager

Rachel, a Texas native with a degree in Photography, fell in love with the quaint mountain town of Park City in 2015 and made it her home. She has owned her own wedding photography business and most recently worked as a Banquet Director at a 5-star resort, giving her a deep understanding of event success. Rachel is passionate about ensuring the success of every event and also contributes to all areas of the business which helps contribute to the company’s accomplishments.

Paige Moedt – Junior Production Manager

A Salt Lake City native, Bob has been an integral part of the Wasatch Audio Visual team for over two decades. In his free time, Bob enjoys spending his time golfing and exploring the great outdoors. Bob’s love for the outdoors is evident in his work, as he often incorporates natural elements into his AV setups.

Bob’s unwavering dedication and expertise have made him an invaluable asset to the company, and his thorough knowledge will help your event come to life.

Zach Upchurch – Assistant Operations Manager

After pursuing a degree in music production, Zach joined the Wasatch Audio Visual in 2018, where his expertise in audio equipment and his enthusiasm for working in diverse environments have made him an invaluable asset. His recent promotion to assistant operations manager is a testament to his dedication and talent.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Zach is a devoted father to his 5-year-old son, Zyon. Zach enjoys indulging his creative side through reading, drawing, and attending music concerts.

From California sunshine to Utah mountains: Dace brings his West Coast vibes and passion for AV technology to Wasatch Audio Visual. He’s been a crucial part of the team for the since 2019, transforming blank spaces into vibrant event settings.

Dace’s favorite part about the job is when he witnesses the team’s collaborative effort in bringing a vision to life. He thrives on the energy and excitement of large-scale events, knowing that his expertise plays a vital role in creating a memorable experience. When Dace isn’t working his magic behind the scenes, he’s busy being a devoted dad to his two beautiful daughters.

Trent Patton – Lead AV Setup Tech

Trent has become a crucial part of Wasatch Audio Visual since joining the team in 2023. He’s always up for learning new things about the AV world, and he loves hanging out with his coworkers. When he’s not working, Trent rocks out as the lead guitarist for his band.

With a thirst for knowledge and a passion for music, Trent has quickly become an integral part of the Wasatch Audio Visual team. His eagerness to learn and absorb everything he can about the AV industry is matched by his genuine appreciation for the camaraderie he shares with his colleagues.

Jason Djuana – AV Setup Tech

Jason has called Park City home since 2003, embracing the city’s vibrant spirit and breathtaking mountain views. His passion for the performing arts and technical expertise in theatre and set design led him to Wasatch Audio Visual, where he enjoys the collaborative environment and the opportunity to contribute to impactful events.

Outside of work, Jason thrives in the competitive world of esports, relishing the challenge and adrenaline rush of online gaming. But his interests extend beyond the digital realm. Born and raised in St. George, Utah, Raddon Boon is a true Utah native. As a former Marine, his dedication to service carries over into his professional life. Raddon finds immense satisfaction in exceeding client expectations and providing a truly meaningful experience.
